A. The Washington Capitals Fan Club, Ltd., may be dissolved by the
affirmative vote for dissolution of two-thirds (2/3) of its voting
members.
B. In the event of dissolution, and after the Fan Club's financial
obligations have been met, the assets of the Fan Club shall be
distributed for charitable purposes as determined by the Board of
Directors.
