Fifteen (15) adult and young adult members in good standing shall
constitute a quorum for the transaction of all business at a regular or
special meeting of the Fan Club.
Six (6) members of the Board of Directors shall constitute a quorum
for the transaction of all business at any meeting of the Board of
Directors.
